Questions
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Create an account, pick any design, type your names and details and see the whole invitation — envelope opening included — before you pay anything. You only choose a plan to publish and share it.
Is it a subscription?
No. Both plans are a single payment. Essential keeps your invitation and RSVP link live for 3 months, Signature for 6 months. Nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel. Need longer? Buy again any time and the months are added on.
What's the difference between the plans?
Both include every design, RSVPs for every celebration, food planning (vegetarian count and favourite dishes), personal guest links, the QR card, guest photos, wishes, password protection and spreadsheet export. Signature adds add-to-calendar for guests when they RSVP, an automatic seating plan you can shuffle and email to every household, a printable 5×7 card with your RSVP QR code, and 6 months instead of 3.
Can I upgrade from Essential to Signature?
Yes, from your account page. Signature's features switch on straight away and 6 months are added to the time you have left.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your invitation rests — guests see a polite note — and all your replies, guest lists, seating and photos stay safe in your account. Buy either plan again and it's back online instantly at the same link.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open a normal web link on any phone or computer, reply in a few taps and can add their photos straight from their camera roll.
How do I pay?
By card through our secure payment provider (Stripe) where available. We can also accept bank transfer or mobile money — you'll see the details at checkout, and we switch your plan on as soon as the payment arrives.
Can I change things after I send the link?
Yes. Edit anything at any time — guests always see the latest version at the same link.
