Terms of service

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Soulful Ties (“Soulful Ties”, “we”). By creating an account or publishing an invitation you agree to them.

1. The service

Soulful Ties lets you design online invitations, share them by link or QR code, and collect RSVPs, messages and photos from your guests. Designing and previewing are open to every account; publishing and sharing require an active plan, as described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

3. Your content and your guests

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Soulful Ties to send spam, collect data unlawfully, impersonate anyone, host unlawful, hateful or explicit content, or to try to break or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents us.

5. Payments

6. Availability

We work hard to keep invitations online and fast, especially around your event, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. We recommend telling guests the key details (date and venue) in your message as well as in the link.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page; this ends your plan immediately and permanently removes your invitations, replies and photos. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We don't exclude liability that can't be excluded by law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell account holders in advance. We operate internationally and comply with the laws that apply to our service in each country we serve. Nothing in these terms takes away any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have under the law where you live, and you can always bring a claim in your own country's courts if its law gives you that right.
